Using Shopify's CAPI integration (or any other CAPI implementation) alongside Mable Tracking leads to double tracking of events and purchases. We recommend disabling any additional CAPI integration when you use our Tracking Tool!

šŸ”§ Step by Step Guide

  1. Sign in to your Shopify admin account.
  2. Click on ā€œSettingsā€ in the left sidebar.
  3. Go to ā€œApps and Sales Channelsā€
  4. SelectĀ ā€œFacebook & Instagramā€
  5. You will now be in the ā€œOverviewā€ section. To the right, open theĀ ā€œSettingsā€Ā area.

  1. Under Share Data settings, click on ā€œChangeā€

  1. This will prompt you to manage yourĀ Facebook & Instagram data sharing preferencesĀ by toggling off theĀ data shareĀ option.

  1. Finally, check the Page views and View Content events are only triggeredĀ onceĀ (by your Mable pixel) on your pages, by using the Meta Pixel HelperĀ **plugin for Chrome.**
